TERMS & CONDITIONS
♥ All transactions are done in Malaysia Ringgit (RM). All of our garments / accessories / footwear are absolutely BRAND NEW.
♥ All emails sent to us, we will try to reply within 24-48 hours. Please note that we are working adults and we tend to get extremely busy at work. So please bear with us. Thank you for your understanding!
♥ Strictly NO COD due to time constraints & safety reasons (yup, bad things have happened before). Thank you for your understanding!
♥ RESERVATIONS are allowed but max 24 hours (unless informed otherwise). Serious buyers only. First come, first serve. If you changed your mind, do let us know asap, we don't bite. Just don't MIA will do.
♥ Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. We will do a thorough quality check on each of the garment before posting it out. We will be as specific as possible for every item that buyers refer to.
♥ Sold out items will be removed from the website to enable faster loading.
♥ Accessories taken with the garments are NOT FOR SALE, unless stated otherwise.
♥ Due to setting of the monitor, colours might be slightly different with the picture posted, therefore will state the actual color of the item.
♥ Payments are only made to MAYBANK account.
♥ Please email the details of payment such as transaction date and amount after your successful transaction. Items will only be shipped out once you have emailed us about your payment details.
♥ Buyers will bare the shipping cost. Final postage cost will be emailed to buyers. Postage will be done via POSLAJU / POS EXPRESS depending on items purchased. But we recommend POS LAJU because of the reliability of the service.

♥ We have a posting schedule & will only visit the post office every MONDAYS & THURSDAYS.
♥ Will combine postages if you purchased more items. All items will be packed nicely and we will not responsible for damages / lost cases during shipping process.
